Botany Bay Community Church is blessed to have four Elders serving us at present.  

Dave Thompson

Dave is the pastor and an elder serving at Botany Bay Community Church having graduated from Moore Theological College.  Dave has a particular focus on preaching, evangelism and pastoral care.

Dave was a primary school teacher before serving for a couple of years with the Evangelical Union at Sydney University. He and his wife Sarah have three young children and he loves the joys & challenges of a young family.

Fred mackadam

Fred is serving as an Elder at Botany Bay Community Church and works full time driving a truck. He is also completing some study at the Australian College of Christian Studies. Fred is married with 2 children and thoroughly enjoys seeing the Wallabies get whipped by the All Blacks. Chur bro!

Rob Kolbe

Rob is serving as an Elder at Botany Bay Community Church and works full time. Rob has a particular interest in leading individuals to know Jesus in a personal way.

Rob and Shannon have two girls and he enjoys staying fit.

Anthony Forster

Anthony serves as an elder at Botany Bay Community Church and works full time as a motor mechanic. He's married with 2 small children and loves anything mechanical.
